Small Items

Small items will usually be sent via Royal Mail.

• 2^nd Class will be used when Economy has been selected and usually takes 2-3 working days to deliver.
• 1^st Class will be used when Premium has been selected and is usually delivered the next working day.

If your item has not arrived within the above times please contact us, we do have to wait 10 working days after the estimated date of delivery before Royal Mail will accept an item is lost.

Any orders that have been sent Signed For will require a signature upon receipt.

Large Items

Larger items are sent using Evri, Royal Mail, UPS or Parcel Force

• If you have chosen Economy as your delivery method your item will be delivered within 3-5 days.

If your item has not been delivered by this time please contact us so we can inform the courier who will investigate further.

• If you have chosen Premium as your delivery method your item will be delivered between 1-2 days

If your item has not been delivered by this time please contact us so we can inform the courier who will investigate further. all items are sent tracked and may require a signature on delivery.

Returns

Faulty Items:

If your item is faulty please contact us within 30 days of receipt so that we can arrange for a replacement or full refund.

All Other Reasons:

If you want to return your item for any other reason eg (change of mind, does not fit) please contact us within 30 days of receipt. We require all items be returned in brand new condition, with ALL the original packaging and tags in place.

The return postage cost will be at your expense.

We will offer a refund for the item, however any postage paid on the original order will not be refunded.
